SEATTLE

- The Unconventional Seattle Guide-

SEA (1 of 1).jpg

When we moved here and started to travel back and forth to Europe. We always stopped in Seattle and we visited all the well-known tourist spots from the Gumwall to the Spaceneedle back to the first ever Starbucks.

Over the years we have visited it mostly twice a year and I started to miss the spots where I could admire all the plants or get a healthy snack between destinations or sit alone and meditate.   I researched over the past few weeks places I wanted to visit. I made a list, booked a train ticket, a hotel and decided to have a little different travel experience in Seattle. Sit back, and get visually inspired by plants, lifestyle shops, juice bars and the tiniest sauna experience you can imagine.

-Let the plants draw you in for a different view of Seattle-

Glasswing

Every corner of this well curated  women & men's lifestyle, design and plant shop nestled in an industrial space in Capitol Hill is one of the hidden gems in Seattle. MIROJA

Nestled in a little side street in Ballard not far from the vibrating NW Market did I found this stylish, modern Plant/Lifestyle shop. Cherie the founder and owner who also is the founder behind  LA FLEUR KITCHEN , designed this botanical boutique with curated pieces made in the usa. Southern California inspired details from airplants to the stunning handpainted murals all the essence of this well curated little plant haven. And 100% of the products  in the store are made and designed by women .
